About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the full recruiting process for a variety of roles across the business.
- Deliver a high-quality hiring experience for 10-12 active requisitions.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop interview plans.
- Source and engage top talent while building strong pipelines.
- Maintain FMX's employer brand across job boards and career pages.
- Ensure a thoughtful and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support compensation conversations by researching market trends.
- Maintain accurate recruiting data and optimize workflows within our ATS.
- Implement new recruiting tools to improve efficiency.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, owning the recruiting process from start to finish
- Experience recruiting in a SaaS or other fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- A strong generalist recruiting background with experience hiring across a variety of corporate functions, including Sales, Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations.
- Experience managing multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sourcing skills with experience engaging passive candidates and building talent pipelines.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers to define hiring needs.
- Confident communicator with strong offer and negotiation skills.
- Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Curiosity for using new recruiting tools, including AI.
- Highly organized, collaborative, and able to prioritize effectively.
