About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the full recruiting process for a variety of roles across the business.
  • Deliver a high-quality hiring experience for 10-12 active requisitions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop interview plans.
  • Source and engage top talent while building strong pipelines.
  • Maintain FMX's employer brand across job boards and career pages.
  • Ensure a thoughtful and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Support compensation conversations by researching market trends.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting data and optimize workflows within our ATS.
  • Implement new recruiting tools to improve efficiency.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, owning the recruiting process from start to finish
  • Experience recruiting in a SaaS or other fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • A strong generalist recruiting background with experience hiring across a variety of corporate functions, including Sales, Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Experience managing multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sourcing skills with experience engaging passive candidates and building talent pipelines.
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers to define hiring needs.
  • Confident communicator with strong offer and negotiation skills.
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Curiosity for using new recruiting tools, including AI.
  • Highly organized, collaborative, and able to prioritize effectively.
