About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee end-to-end legal operations and manage the contract lifecycle.
Perform first-pass reviews of redlines and addenda.
Coordinate internal and external escalations for complex legal discussions.
Ensure consistency across standard contract forms (SaaS Agreement, Partner Agreements, NDAs).
Maintain Salesforce and CRM integrity with agreement details.
Execute reviews of DPAs and related legal paperwork for data protection compliance.
Oversee compliance initiatives including privacy regulations and international legal requirements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3-5+ years of experience in contract management, paralegal work, or legal operations, preferably within a SaaS or high-growth tech environment.
Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms to manage contract data and reporting.
Proven ability to review legal redlines and negotiate terms while balancing risk with business velocity and customer relationships.
High level of accuracy in data entry and an "eagle eye" for spotting discrepancies in legal documents.
Familiarity with DPAs and the intersection of legal language and data security/privacy compliance.
Ability to clearly explain legal risks and trade-offs to stakeholders, including the CFO and Sales leadership.
