About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Co-facilitate leadership development programs across FMI's Custom Cohort Programs alongside Senior Facilitators.
- Deliver engaging learning experiences by facilitating discussions, activities, and portions of program content that encourage participant reflection and practical application.
- Foster inclusive, psychologically safe learning environments that promote engagement, collaboration, and growth.
- Build strong relationships with participants while contributing to an exceptional client experience through professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
- Partner closely with Senior Facilitators, the Custom Cohorts Operations Manager, and internal teams to prepare for and deliver successful client engagements.
- Adapt your facilitation approach based on participant needs, group dynamics, and client objectives.
- Participate in preparation meetings, delivery debriefs, and ongoing facilitator development to continuously strengthen your facilitation, communication, and group management skills.
- Expand your knowledge of leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and the construction industry through ongoing client engagement and professional development.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational development, psychology, education, communications, or a related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in facilitation, training, leadership development, coaching, teaching, consulting, or a related field.
- Experience leading groups, presenting, facilitating discussions, or delivering learning experiences.
- Passion for leadership development, adult learning, and helping others grow.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated adaptability, curiosity, and openness to coaching and feedback.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities.
- Professional presence with the ability to build rapport across a variety of audiences.
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout the United States (50–70%).
