About the role
- Provide professional administrative support to multiple Performance practice consultants
- Serve as a point of contact for internal team members, ensuring timely and professional communication
- Support project coordination by tracking timelines and deliverables across multiple client engagements
- Prepare, format, and proofread client-facing materials such as presentations, reports, proposals and program documents with accuracy and in a timely manner
- Organize and maintain digital (and physical if necessary) files, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with company standards
- Anticipate team needs and proactively address administrative challenges to improve efficiency and workflow
- Administer client surveys and develop corresponding survey results
- Facilitate invoicing of professional fees and expenses to clients
- Ensure consistency and adherence to FMI branding and document standards across all deliverables
- Facilitate printing, packing and shipping of client deliverables including workbooks and reports
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 3 – 5 years of experience in an administrative professional role or equivalent position
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) required
- Superior skills in attention to detail, organization and time management
- Excellent verbal and written communication including proofing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of team
- Ability to lift 25lbs
