About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Schedule monthly marketing calendars for DIFM clients — blogs, emails, and social media posts — on time, every month.
- Schedule custom blogs, emails, and social media posts as requested.
- Schedule social assist posts on a weekly cadence.
- Assist with calendar execution and coordination alongside the broader Concierge team.
- Complete website edits on behalf of DIFM clients.
- Provide timely, helpful support to clients through live chat.
- Address questions related to products, services, and general company information.
- Escalate complex issues to the right people quickly and cleanly.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in a client-facing or marketing operations role, preferably in a SaaS or digital services environment.
- Familiarity with content scheduling, website management, or digital marketing workflows.
- Comfortable picking up new tools and technology quickly.
- Experience with HubSpot preferred but not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive problem-solver with strong critical thinking skills.
- Quick learner who adapts easily to changing environments and new tools.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
- A true passion for exceptional client service.
