About the role
- Supports the Executive leadership team through a variety of responsibilities, including: Calendar Management, Travel Management, Expense Reporting, Executive Communications.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of the position.
- Fulfill any ad hoc requests from each executive member and administrative support tasks as assigned.
- Plan and successfully coordinate various events throughout the year, ranging from seven to 35+ executives.
- Execute two to three executive off-sites annually, including hotel blocks, meeting space coordination, food management, and travel.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison among Executives, employees, clients, the Board of Directors, and external partners.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience supporting a C-Level Executive (e.g., CEO, COO, CFO).
- Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Drive, Sheets, Presentations, Docs, etc).
- Soft Skills: Discretion & Confidentiality, Proactivity (anticipating needs), Exceptional Organizational and Time Management Skills, Excellent Written & Verbal Communication, Problem-Solving, and Adaptability.
