Field Sales Representative

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide sound FMC product recommendations to customers
- Ensure distributor and retail accounts activities are aligned with territory and regional initiatives
- Generate significant annual revenue for the organization
- Manage customer accounts and develop new prospects to sell FMC products
- Focus on sales targets and business development
- Prepare sales presentations, call plans, proposals, and reports
- Obtain and communicate market information related to sales volumes
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Mentor and lead sales representatives in neighboring territories
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years sales experience
- Experience making data-driven decisions leveraging CRM systems
- Core principals in value selling and agronomics
- Experience facilitating and executing complex projects
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Experience driving new and existing business opportunities with key accounts
- Demonstrated ability to make decisions under minimum supervision
- Strong negotiation skills with external stakeholders
