Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Agriculture or related Life Science
- 10+ years sales experience
- Experience making data-driven decisions leveraging CRM systems
- Core principals in value selling and agronomics
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Demonstrated ability to make decisions under minimum supervision
- Strong negotiation skills
