About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and implement a coherent AI operating model for the entire organization.
- Independently build internal tools.
- Take ownership of the existing prompt library and significantly evolve it.
- Design how AI is used by designers, developers, product managers, and researchers.
- Establish rules regarding when AI should be used and how outputs are validated.
- Design and run AI onboarding for new employees and recurring training for existing teams.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience as a UX/UI Designer
- Ability to independently build integrations with AI model APIs (Claude, GPT-4o, Gemini)
- Experience implementing AI within a team or organization
- A systematic approach to prompt engineering
- Stack: Claude / GPT-4o / Gemini, Cursor or Copilot, automation tools (Make, n8n or similar)
- English C1+ both written and spoken
