💰 PLN 9,000 - PLN 14,000 per month

About the role

  • Design, build and maintain production-grade component libraries and token structures
  • Architect token systems: primitive → semantic → component layers
  • Manage multi-file Figma libraries, modes (light/dark, themes), and library versioning
  • Lead design-to-dev handoff: specs, interaction notes, tokens mapped to code variables
  • Maintain and evolve DS documentation (Zeroheight, Confluence or equivalent)
  • Conduct audits of existing systems and propose concrete improvements

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on DS work in a commercial or agency setting
  • Expert Figma skills: multi-file libraries, Figma Variables with modes, component architecture at scale
  • Solid command of design token architecture - you can build and explain primitive/semantic/component layers
  • Practical HTML/CSS knowledge - you understand how a token maps to code and can spot handoff issues
  • Accessibility in practice: WCAG AA implementation in components, keyboard navigation, ARIA labels
  • Experience with documentation tools (Zeroheight, Storybook or equivalent)
  • English C1 - client-facing documentation and communication
