About the role
- Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, Developers, and Data teams
- Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews
- Analyze business processes and identify optimization opportunities
- Support product delivery throughout the entire lifecycle
- Ensure alignment between business objectives, user needs, and technical solutions
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst (preferably in digital/IT/consulting projects)
- Product management or technical background
- Experience in digital product development (web/mobile)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Ability to clearly document requirements (user stories, BPMN/UML, process maps)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Very good command of English, and Polish (spoken and written)
- Proactive mindset and ownership of delivered outcomes
- Nice to have: Background in consulting, UX research, or data analysis
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Miro, and Figma
- IIBA certification or similar
