Handle ticket voids and refunds according to the airline's rules.
Work the queue in Sabre.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Sabre GDS proficiency is a firm requirement for this role.
3+ years of hands-on Sabre ticketing experience, in a travel agency, airline, tour operator, or travel management company.
A solid understanding of fare rules: you know how to read the conditions attached to a ticket.
Strong attention to passenger data accuracy.
The ability to work at a consistent pace while maintaining accuracy.
