About the role
- Sales of premium e-bikes at the highest level and partnership-based, needs-oriented consulting of specialty bicycle dealers within the sales territory: postal codes 30-33; 40-48; 50-52; 58-59
- Conducting trainings at dealer locations
- Maintaining existing customer relationships and acquiring new customers
- Implementing and developing the sales strategy
- Ensuring administrative tasks related to pre- and post-orders
- Participating in sales meetings, promotions, events and trade shows
- Organizing events within the sales territory
- Close collaboration and coordination with the inside sales team
Requirements
- Technical or commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the bicycle industry, ideally in field sales
- Strong interest in the bike market, especially e-bikes, and a good sense for market trends
- Enjoyment of customer contact, strong sales affinity and genuine enthusiasm for e-bikes
- Good computer/IT user skills and very good German language skills
- High willingness to travel and a valid driver's license
