About the role

  • Sales of premium e-bikes at the highest level and partnership-based, needs-oriented consulting of specialty bicycle dealers within the sales territory: postal codes 30-33; 40-48; 50-52; 58-59
  • Conducting trainings at dealer locations
  • Maintaining existing customer relationships and acquiring new customers
  • Implementing and developing the sales strategy
  • Ensuring administrative tasks related to pre- and post-orders
  • Participating in sales meetings, promotions, events and trade shows
  • Organizing events within the sales territory
  • Close collaboration and coordination with the inside sales team

Requirements

  • Technical or commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in the bicycle industry, ideally in field sales
  • Strong interest in the bike market, especially e-bikes, and a good sense for market trends
  • Enjoyment of customer contact, strong sales affinity and genuine enthusiasm for e-bikes
  • Good computer/IT user skills and very good German language skills
  • High willingness to travel and a valid driver's license
