About the role
- Prepare, set up, and execute live product demos for prospective clients, distributors, and events.
- Tailor demonstrations to client needs, showcasing product features and use cases.
- Deliver technical and operational training sessions to distributors and partners.
- Develop training materials, guides, and FAQs to support ongoing distributor success.
- Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on drones and accessories.
- Ensure demo units and customer-facing equipment are always in optimal working condition.
- Provide technical expertise during sales meetings, presentations, and trade shows.
- Support the creation of proposals, technical documentation, and demo scenarios.
- Act as a bridge between the sales team and technical teams to ensure customer requirements are well understood.
- Assist in resolving post-demo or post-training technical questions.
- Provide feedback from customers and distributors to the sales and product teams for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Strong independent drone piloting skill, preferable not fixed-wings.
- Strong technical troubleshooting ability and comfort working with electronics/mechanics.
- Hands-on experience with drones (operation, repair, maintenance.).
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (both technical and non-technical audiences).
- Experience delivering training sessions or product workshops preferred.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to translate technical features into customer benefits.
- Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally for demos, training, and events.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A background in engineering, robotics, aviation, or related fields is a plus.
