About the role

  • **What you will own: **
  • - Create and develop on short and long term a CS Strategy & Operating Model (roadmap, playbooks, KPI for customer satisfaction)
  • - Drive and lead Onboarding & First Value (standardize onboarding plans, adapt flow B2B, B2C)
  • - Collect, understand and solve blockers to push adoption of the product
  • - Support and prepare strategy to encourage Renewal and Expansion on existing markets
  • - Support recurring and new customers in training & use of product
  • - With support of the Sales team analyse the market and propose Customer Mapping & Executive Alignment
  • - Be a close contact and advisor for resellers
  • - Be a key player in the pushing the Voice of Customer in Product life cycle

Requirements

  • **Your profile:**
  • - University degree or equivalent in sales/aftersales, business administration or commercial field
  • - Minimum 5 years of experience customer facing roles, in leading aftersales and/or growing customer success department
  • - Experience in the B2B industrial field with software, hardware or services with contract sizes ranging from 50 to 500k USD
  • - Proven experience in leading and scaling high performing teams
  • - Fluent in French and English, any other language an asset
  • - Experience with CRM tools such as salesforce
  • - Strong communicator able to analyze and share the relevant information and recommendations across the sales, marketing, customer support and product teams and act as the internal voice of customers
  • - Ability to rapidly understand the context and pain points of customers in various industrial markets and develop relationships
  • - Project leadership to design processes and workflows to best understand and drive success of our customers
