Fractional People Operations Coordinator
FlutterFlowContract role supporting people operations tasks by keeping systems and processes updated. Position entails general administrative duties and program execution in a remote setting.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Keep people systems up to date and processes moving: HRIS and people systems, contractor logistics, onboarding and offboarding, immigration coordination
- Draft employment documents, process documentation, reports, and internal comms
- Support program execution: recognition, celebration posts, automated process setup, scheduling and logistics
- Handle general admin as needed: travel, events, equipment, and whatever else comes up
Requirements
What you’ll need- People ops or related experience is not required.
- Reliability, good judgment, and being easy to work with are critical.
- Experience as an EA, ops generalist, or startup utility player is valuable.
