• Lead on the design, delivery and maintenance of Betfair International Gaming assets
• Work closely with the wider Flutter UKI and International teams
• Partner closely with fellow Designers, Product and Commercial to find engaging practical solutions to design challenges
• Ensure understanding of customers you’re designing for through user research and insights
• Advocate for user centred design and improving community of practice
• Run engaging ideation sessions and design workshops to explore and develop product ideas
• Proactively seek out and provide feedback to raise the bar for quality
