- Delivering deep insight and analytics within a fast-paced culture in the world’s largest online gaming company
- Dive into databases, querying large volumes of behavioural data to create actionable insights
- Deliver recommendations to department heads and directors
- Lead in-depth analysis of customer behaviour
- Develop dashboards and executive summaries for various audiences
- Establish and track key performance indicators and provide ad-hoc analytical support
- Bring extensive data to life, adding insight to key decision-making processes
Requirements
- Minimum 1-year of relevant work experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field such as Science, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering
- Fluent in SQL with the ability to create complex queries from scratch
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Ability to translate complex problems into clear, prioritised solutions
- Excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage day-to-day work independently and consistently deliver quality work within deadlines
- Experience presenting and reporting analyses to stakeholders
- Ability to create high-quality data visualisations and presentations using PowerPoint and tools such as MicroStrategy, Tableau or PowerBI
- Experience with programming (e.g., Python), knowledge of technology (e.g., websites and ETLs) and prior experience data warehouse products like Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, Amazon RedShift etc. is desirable
