About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement comprehensive enablement strategies for AI & Automation products, defining user personas, capability maturity models, and tailored adoption pathways that address the diverse needs of Flutter Functions across multiple geographies and business units.
- Design, develop, and deliver multi-modal training programs (live sessions, e-learning, workshops, certifications) that accelerate user competency development, working with subject matter authorities to ensure technical accuracy and practical relevance while establishing clear learning objectives and competency frameworks for each platform.
- Create and maintain comprehensive, user-friendly documentation including quick-start guides, video tutorials, FAQs, and use case libraries, ensuring content is accessible, searchable, and continuously updated based on user feedback and product evolution.
- Orchestrate organisation-wide change management initiatives, developing compelling communication campaigns that build awareness, generate excitement, and overcome resistance to new AI & automation capabilities, partnering with Communications teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Establish and supervise key adoption metrics (active users, feature utilisation, time-to-competency, NPS, support tickets), conducting regular analysis to identify adoption barriers, user experience issues, and opportunities for intervention or product improvement.
- Design and implement sustainable support models including tiered support structures, self-service resources, office hours, and issue pathways that reduce dependency on centralised teams while ensuring users receive timely, high-quality assistance.
- Build and nurture communities of practice, champion networks, and peer learning programs that foster knowledge sharing, celebrate successes, and create sustainable networks of internal expertise and advocacy.
- Establish systematic feedback collection mechanisms (surveys, focus groups, user testing), synthesising insights to inform product roadmap priorities, enablement strategy adjustments, and user experience enhancements.
- Partner with Product Managers and business stakeholders to track and demonstrate measurable business value realisation from deployed solutions, ensuring cases are validated and productivity gains are quantified and communicated.
- Build strong relationships with business leaders, HR, and Communications teams to align enablement initiatives with organisational priorities, securing agreement and resources for adoption programs while acting as the voice of the user in product and strategy discussions.
- Work with external vendors (e.g., UiPath, Workato) to demonstrate their enablement resources, training materials, and certification programs, adapting vendor content to Flutter's specific context and requirements.
- Collaborate with AI CoE’s and Product teams to establish and carry out enablement standards, ensuring training materials and support resources align with responsible AI principles, data protection requirements, and company policies.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in enablement, change management, learning & development, or product adoption roles, preferably within technology, AI, automation, or enterprise software environments.
- Proven record of designing and executing successful adoption programs for complex technical products, with proven achievement of adoption targets (e.g., >80% user adoption, high NPS scores).
- Experience developing multi-modal training content and programs for diverse user populations, including hands-on experience with learning management systems (LMS) and content authoring tools.
- Strong change management experience, with familiarity in methodologies such as ADKAR, Kotter, or Prosci, applied in organisational transformation contexts.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and track adoption metrics, using data and analytics tools to measure program effectiveness and business value realisation.
- Experience building communities of practice, champion networks, or user groups that drive peer learning and sustained engagement.
- Familiarity with automation and AI platforms (e.g., UiPath, Workato, GenAI tools) or comparable enterprise technology products, with the ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and translate them for non-technical audiences.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience partnering with senior business leaders, HR, Communications, and Product teams to align enablement strategies with organisational priorities.
- Experience working in an Agile environment, collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure enablement readiness for product releases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to create compelling presentations, training materials, and documentation for diverse audiences.
