About the role

  • Support Lead Sourcing Managers in the delivery of strategic sourcing initiatives across a broad range of Corporate / Professional Services categories.
  • Work with business partners to run the end-to-end sourcing projects, from opportunity identification and RFI/RFP/RFQ development through to contract negotiation and award, ensuring compliance, transparency, and best value outcomes.
  • Support the development and execution of category and sourcing strategies, employing market intelligence, supplier insights, and spend analysis to drive efficiencies and cost savings.
  • Conduct commercial analysis to inform recommendations and strengthen business cases.
  • Collaborate with team members across Procurement, Real Estate, Facilities, Finance, Professional Services, HR and Operations to ensure sourcing outcomes align with business objectives and operational needs.
  • Drive supplier engagement and negotiations in consultation with Lead Sourcing Managers, ensuring the right balance of cost, quality, and service delivery.
  • Track and report on sourcing performance, including savings delivery, supplier performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to functional planning activities, ensuring sourcing projects and strategies are aligned with the wider Flutter Group’s procurement objectives.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and supplier evaluations to support decision-making at both category and leadership levels.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in Sourcing, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Commercial roles, with a proven track record of delivering value through strategic sourcing initiatives.
  • Demonstrated expertise managing end-to-end tender processes (RFI/RFP/RFQ), supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation to achieve optimal commercial outcomes.
  • Strong financial and commercial competence, including cost modelling, budgeting, and the ability to analyse to inform decisions.
  • Analytical and results-driven approach, with the capability to see opportunities for cost savings, process improvement, and risk mitigation.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to develop insightful, data-driven reports and presentations that influence senior partners.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with experience engaging cross-functional teams and suppliers to deliver aligned sourcing outcomes.
