About the role
- Manage and guide the development of our Sportsbook back-end platform
- Create comprehensive product specifications
- Lead the product discovery process for assigned initiatives
- Assist the product manager in organizing, prioritizing, and maintaining the product development backlog
- Support the Product Manager with additional responsibilities as needed
- Contribute to the product vision and advocate for it with stakeholders
- Provide support to development teams by clarifying requirements and removing blockers
- Collaborate with other departments for successful product outcomes
- Communicate updates on product releases and ongoing development efforts
- Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) for new product releases
- Maintain product documentation and internal wikis
- Conduct demos and training sessions for stakeholders on new product concepts
Requirements
- Proven experience managing the product lifecycle from concept to delivery
- Expertise in managing and prioritizing the product backlog
- Solid experience with Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban)
- Ability to work in fast-paced, iterative environments
- Experience writing clear, actionable user stories and defining detailed acceptance criteria
- Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience in the gaming industry will be considered a plus
