About the role
- Work closely with the founder to design and improve SEO & PPC processes and department structure
- Assist with keyword research, campaign support, and ad optimization across Amazon and other platforms
- Support operational tasks such as product tracking, competitor research, and ad performance analysis
- Help identify new advertising opportunities and cost-efficient growth strategies
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align PPC efforts with brand goals
- Document and help build SOPs to ensure scalability and consistency
- Learn, test, and implement best practices in PPC and marketplace growth
Requirements
- Strong interest in Performance Marketing, particularly SEO
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Self-starter who’s comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Organized, dependable, and eager to learn
- Fluent in English; German or another EU language is a plus
- Affinity with digital tools, marketplaces, and marketing is highly desirable
