Project Manager

• Drive the planning, budgeting, and risk-management engine behind global data centers, turning capacity targets into executable project plans and keeping every stakeholder aligned from kickoff to customer handover.
• Build integrated schedules (Primavera P6, MS Project) across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning, and own the master construction schedule from site mobilization through substantial completion and turnover.
• Own project budgets, cash-flow forecasts, and change-order governance, and report earned-value KPIs weekly.

Senior Project Manager

• Drive end-to-end delivery of utility-scale solar and BESS projects from development handoff through commercial operation, owning budget, schedule, scope, and risk across civil, electrical, substation, gen-tie, and interconnection workstreams.
• Build and own integrated project schedules (Primavera P6, MS Project) across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning, and maintain the master schedule as the single source of truth from site mobilization through energization.
• Own project budgets, cash-flow forecasts, and change-order governance, report earned-value KPIs weekly, and flag cost and schedule deviations with recovery options before they compound.

• Drive mitigation on critical-path and long-lead risks including transformers, inverters, switchgear, BESS enclosures, and interconnection queue milestones, and act as the single point of accountability for all internal and external project stakeholders.
• Lead construction managers, field superintendents, and project engineers across concurrent solar sites, develop staffing plans, and run the weekly cadence of standups, reviews, and issue escalations.

Solar Project Manager

• Own day-to-day site execution for utility-scale solar and BESS projects, orchestrating EPC contractors, civil crews, electrical trades, and equipment vendors to deliver safe, on-schedule, on-budget facilities from mobilization through energization.
• Build, maintain, and drive integrated construction schedules (Primavera P6, MS Project) across civil, structural, electrical, BESS, substation, and gen-tie scopes, and issue recovery plans the moment a critical path slips.
• Enforce the site safety program and hold every subcontractor to a zero-incident standard, from pre-mobilization safety plans through final punch list.
• Coordinate civil, racking, PV, inverter, BESS, and MV/HV electrical trades in real time, resolving field conflicts before they hit the schedule, and manage QA/QC, RFI, submittal, and change-order workflows to close-out.
• Track and report daily progress, earned value, cost-to-complete, and resource loading to the Project Manager, and surface procurement risks on long-lead equipment (transformers, switchgear, inverters) early enough to act on them.

Solar Construction Manager

Project Lead

• Lead pre-construction for large-scale GPU data center projects as we scale from 600MW to multi-GW, serving as the link between Real Estate, Design Engineering, Procurement, and Construction.
• Run constructability reviews of electrical, mechanical, structural, and civil designs, with focus on high-density power distribution (100+ kW per rack), liquid cooling, and utility interconnections.
• Perform site evaluations (electrical capacity, utilities, civil and structural, phasing) and determine site-specific requirements that impact schedule, cost, and delivery.
• Develop construction scope packages and RFPs, manage GC pre-construction services (bid reviews, schedule development, labor pricing, subcontractor evaluations), and negotiate with landlords, developers, and contractors.
• Run construction cost analysis from conceptual through GMP, support budget updates, and validate estimates against market and historical data.
• Build comprehensive handoff packages for Construction Managers, and partner with Contracts, Legal, and Commercial on contract terms and risk allocation.

DevOps Engineer

• Take the on-call escalation when a site hits trouble and triage it virtually, using real knowledge of the team and the systems to decide what to escalate, when, and how to keep the field crew focused without burying them.
• Get on a plane when it matters: travel site to site (50%+) to work live incidents and post-incident reviews on the floor, and bring the practices that worked elsewhere with you.
• Own root cause analysis on significant events through to closure and track corrective actions to done, killing the underlying class of failure rather than the one instance in front of you.
• Read the patterns across the fleet’s incidents and RCAs, push the few highest-value learnings through to closure, and stay honest about what’s achievable and what to drop instead of boiling the ocean.
• Carry learnings and practices from one campus to the next so a fix at one site becomes the standard everywhere before the failure repeats.
• Write the operational Assessment standard and audit each campus against it, feeding what you find straight back into the corrective-action loop.

Principal Operations Engineer – Reliability, Data Center Operations

Full-stack Engineer

• Lead, coach, and develop a multi-disciplinary team of delivery and lifecycle engineers; own hiring, onboarding, performance management, career development, and retention.
• Set the technical bar across disciplines and ensure each engineer has clear ownership across the projects, buildings, and systems in their portfolio.
• Plan and prioritize the team’s workload across construction support, commissioning support, lifecycle engineering work on live infrastructure, and engineering escalations from Operations.
• Build and maintain an on-call rotation that provides qualified engineering support to Operations and to active construction sites when issues exceed the operating team’s authority.
• Foster a strong safety culture and a blameless, learning-oriented approach to incidents, near-misses, and commissioning findings.
• Own technical support of sites under construction in partnership with Design Engineering; embed engineers as the on-site technical resource across mechanical, electrical, controls, and fire/life safety scopes.
• Use the construction phase to develop a deep, first-hand understanding of how each building is constructed and how it is intended to operate, so that the engineers who will own its life cycle are fully fluent in the asset before it goes live.
• Represent the Operations and Delivery Engineering team in design reviews, constructability reviews, submittal reviews, and RFI/change-order decisions; flag deviations from design intent and route them back to Design Engineering for resolution.
• Provide technical support to the Commissioning Agent and Design Engineering through FAT, SAT, and Levels 1–5 commissioning, including review of functional test scripts and witness participation where useful, without assuming ownership of the commissioning program.
• Lead the operational readiness and turnover process: ensure new systems are fully documented, alarmed, integrated into BMS/EPMS/DCIM, trained on, and supportable before they carry critical load.
• Hold GCs, subcontractors, and vendors to the site’s safety, quality, and documentation standards through energization and turnover.
• Own the engineering scope for any work performed on live data center infrastructure, regardless of size or type — capacity additions, equipment replacements, controls and BMS/EPMS changes, electrical or mechanical configuration changes, retrofits, and incident-driven remediation.
• Scope, design, and project-manage lifecycle work in partnership with Design Engineering and Operations, from concept through execution and back-to-service.
• Maintain a forward-looking view of site risk, single points of failure, and system interdependencies, and convert that view into a prioritized lifecycle and reliability roadmap.
• Provide engineering input to capacity and load reviews so additions and changes stay within the safe operating envelope of mechanical and electrical infrastructure.
• Chair the site Change Control Board; own the process, cadence, quorum, and decision record.
• Review and approve all technical changes to data center systems and to the way those systems operate, including BMS/EPMS logic changes, setpoint and Sequence of Operations changes, electrical topology changes, and mechanical configuration changes.
• Set the standard for what a CCB-grade change package looks like: risk assessment, blast radius, MOP/SOP/EOP impact, rollback plan, validation criteria, and communications plan.
• Ensure every approved change is properly documented, executed against an approved MOP, validated, and reflected in as-builts, point lists, one-lines, and program backups.
• Track CCB throughput, change success rate, and change-induced incidents as engineering KPIs, and drive continuous improvement of the change process.
• Serve as the senior technical escalation point for the Operations team across all disciplines; lead root-cause analysis on complex, cross-system faults and drive corrective actions to closure.
• Review and approve MOPs, SOPs, and EOPs authored by Operations or vendors; own the engineering content of those procedures even though execution sits with Operations.
• Analyze trend, historian, and alarm data across BMS/EPMS/DCIM to identify degradation, tune performance, and convert findings into CCB-approved changes.
• Lead engineering participation in incident response, drills, and post-incident reviews; ensure lessons learned land as documented changes, not tribal knowledge.
• Maintain the engineering source of truth for the site: as-builts, one-lines, point lists, Sequences of Operations, controls program backups, and the asset and documentation library.
• Ensure all engineering and delivery work is performed in compliance with NFPA 70E, including PPE selection, arc flash boundary awareness, and energized work permitting.
• Own engineering enforcement of LOTO/LOTOTO procedures for work on or near energized electrical and mechanical equipment, including during construction tie-ins and commissioning.
• Ensure the site meets applicable codes and standards (NEC, NFPA, OSHA) and maintains audit-ready engineering and change documentation.

Operations and Delivery Engineering Lead, Critical Facilities

Accounts Payable

• Manage end-to-end AP operations — ensuring vendors are paid accurately and on time, internal controls are maintained, and our payables function scales effectively alongside the business.
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Engineering, Operations, and Legal.
• Play a key role in supporting our IPO readiness and audit preparation efforts.
• Bring both technical accounting rigor and a bias for process improvement.

Senior Associate, AP

• Lead warehouse site selection end to end: evaluate commercial storage real estate, qualify sites against operational requirements, and own the full buildout from racking and power to access control and layout design.
• Establish warehousing infrastructure standards for new Fluidstack facilities, covering surveillance, access management, security protocols, and compliance requirements that will hold across every future location.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound transportation across carriers, freight brokers, and 3PL partners in support of site launches and ongoing project-based needs.
• Define and build KPI frameworks for warehousing, transportation, and asset management, then own the reporting infrastructure that keeps those metrics current and actionable.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to scope and plan new or expanded storage footprints ahead of business need, and manage cross-functional logistics projects as the build pipeline grows.

Logistics Operations Project Manager

Electrical Engineer

• Lead HV/MV substation design (up to 345 kV and above) and MV distribution interfaces for hyperscale campuses, from concept through IFC and energization.
• Review and approve EPC- and consultant-produced deliverables: physical/structural layouts, electrical drawings, protection & control packages, and construction documents.
• Perform and review engineering calculations and studies: load flow, short circuit, arc flash, grounding and bonding, lightning, insulation coordination, relay coordination, and cable ampacity.
• Develop scopes of work, RFPs, and equipment specifications for long-lead equipment (transformers, switchgear, breakers); run technical bid evaluations and witness factory acceptance tests.
• Provide technical input to utility interconnection processes and agreements (ESAs/CDAs), coordinating with ISOs/RTOs and utility engineering teams.
• Support construction, commissioning, and phased energization planning, including resolution of field issues and RCAs.

Electrical Engineer, Substation Design

• Define the reference architecture for on-site and supplemental power generation and distribution, balancing CAPEX/OPEX and reliability goals.
• Design and deliver temporary power and mobile substation solutions to energize facilities ahead of, or in parallel with, permanent utility infrastructure - including bridging power strategies that accelerate speed-to-power.
• Lead electrical design and integration of renewables power distribution (solar and wind) and BESS into campus MV systems, including collector systems, interconnection, and protection interfaces.
• Evaluate and adopt new power technologies (e.g., fuel cells, advanced battery storage, microgrid controllers) and develop the technical justification for major capital investments.
• Serve as a technical escalation point for on-site power availability or performance issues, driving root cause analysis and lessons learned across sites.
• Standardize design packages and operational procedures to ensure repeatable quality and minimize project timelines across the portfolio.

Electrical Engineer, Power Generation

• Own electrical design of modular and prefabricated power infrastructure for data centers: switchgear skids, modular electrical rooms, and modular data centers.
• Apply design-for-manufacturability principles - standardization, tolerances, transportation and rigging constraints, factory workflows - so modules are repeatable, testable, and fast to deploy.
• Develop and maintain standard designs, specifications, and configuration control for the modular product line, integrating lessons learned across deployments.
• Support site integration and commissioning of modular solutions, feeding field findings back into product revisions.

Electrical Engineer, Modular Design – Manufacturing

Procurement

• Own the global sourcing strategy for batteries, solar PV panels, and inverters: from supplier identification and qualification through contract execution and delivery against construction timelines.
• Negotiate long-term supply agreements with tier-1 manufacturers across batteries, solar, and power electronics, covering volume pricing, payment terms, warranty provisions, and delivery SLAs.
• Build and maintain should-cost models for all three product categories, tracking lithium, silicon, and copper commodity pricing and adjusting sourcing strategy ahead of market moves.
• Run supplier business reviews and hold partners accountable to quality standards, financial health thresholds, and geopolitical risk criteria, with dual-source coverage across critical categories.
• Partner with Engineering, Project Management, Finance, Legal, and the sustainability team to keep procurement timelines locked to construction schedules and ESG supplier criteria applied consistently.
• Coordinate with logistics and customs teams to manage cross-border shipments, lead time buffers, and import compliance across suppliers in China, South Korea, and Southeast Asia.

Sourcing Manager, Energy Infrastructure

Security Engineer

• Own Fluidstack's global physical security program end to end: standards, policies, roadmap, and execution across a growing multi-site, multi-jurisdiction portfolio.
• Architect and govern ESS, ACS, and VMS deployments across greenfield builds and operational sites.
• Lead the GSOC buildout and partner with the cyber-physical and detection engineering functions.
• Partner with construction and site teams on security requirements from pre-RFS through operations, and manage guard force vendors, systems integrators, and technology vendors, including MSA/SOW negotiation and performance governance.
• Own physical security control evidence for SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, and customer security schedules, and interface with customer security teams during audits, site inspections, and due diligence.
• Conduct site assessments, threat and vulnerability reviews, and drive remediation. This is a leadership role with real hands-on work as you build the program: deployment support, vendor walk-throughs, resolving an alert, checking the video.
