About the role

  • Own and evolve the BIM lifecycle across Fluidstack’s global data center program.
  • Establish and enforce global BIM standards, ensuring consistency, quality, and scalability.
  • Lead high-LOD (400+) modeling to support prefabrication and modular construction.
  • Manage and coordinate external MEP consultants, ensuring compliance with Fluidstack BIM standards.
  • Develop and maintain BIM templates that support repeatable, industrialized design workflows.
  • Drive computational automation to eliminate repetitive design work and accelerate delivery.
  • Ensure digital models function as fabrication-ready digital twins.
  • Translate complex BIM workflows into clear, actionable outputs for project managers and supply chain partners.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in BIM roles within mission-critical, industrial, or semiconductor environments.
  • Advanced mastery of Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud.
  • Deep understanding of ISO 19650 standards.
  • Proven experience delivering LOD 400+ models for prefabrication.
  • Proficiency in Dynamo or Python for BIM automation at scale.
  • Strong system-thinking mindset with the ability to enforce standards across global teams.
  • Clear, effective communicator capable of bridging technical workflows and execution teams.
