About the role
- Own and evolve the BIM lifecycle across Fluidstack’s global data center program.
- Establish and enforce global BIM standards, ensuring consistency, quality, and scalability.
- Lead high-LOD (400+) modeling to support prefabrication and modular construction.
- Manage and coordinate external MEP consultants, ensuring compliance with Fluidstack BIM standards.
- Develop and maintain BIM templates that support repeatable, industrialized design workflows.
- Drive computational automation to eliminate repetitive design work and accelerate delivery.
- Ensure digital models function as fabrication-ready digital twins.
- Translate complex BIM workflows into clear, actionable outputs for project managers and supply chain partners.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in BIM roles within mission-critical, industrial, or semiconductor environments.
- Advanced mastery of Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- Deep understanding of ISO 19650 standards.
- Proven experience delivering LOD 400+ models for prefabrication.
- Proficiency in Dynamo or Python for BIM automation at scale.
- Strong system-thinking mindset with the ability to enforce standards across global teams.
- Clear, effective communicator capable of bridging technical workflows and execution teams.
