About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Gain a thorough understanding of Adflow's proprietary ad inventory, machine learning-driven optimization, reporting analysis, competitive advantages, resources, and processes
  • Persuasively articulate Adflow's offerings to new and existing advertisers
  • Manage a book of business and maintain strong advertiser relationships
  • Monitor client budgets and grow advertising spend on Adflow inventory
  • Prepare and present formal business reviews to top clients
  • Lead client communication for onboarding, performance feedback, creative changes, pacing reports, performance reports, client meetings, campaign recommendations, and growth strategies
  • Identify, create, and implement solutions grounded in measurable business results
  • Educate advertisers and agencies on Adflow's ad solutions and best practices
  • Understand client KPIs and communicate metrics internally for optimization
  • Introduce revenue-driving opportunities across Adflow's inventory and channels
  • Manage onboarding for new advertisers, coordinating campaign builds, creative execution, and tracking requirements across partner teams
  • Collaborate with Campaign Strategy, Media Operations, and Creative Strategy on feedback, analysis, optimization, and recommendations
  • Formulate plans to extend new business and additional channel distribution with established accounts
  • Oversee monthly billable numbers submitted to finance for invoicing

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience managing a book of business within digital performance marketing or ad tech; commerce media experience a plus
  • Extremely organized and meticulous, able to manage many advertiser campaigns simultaneously
  • Exceptional communication skills and comfort presenting to advertiser and internal stakeholders
  • Attentiveness to client budgets and spend targets
  • Experience exercising sales skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • High proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, self-starter mentality
