About the role

  • Edit and finalize videos for campaigns, ads, VSLs, CPLs, website and social media, ensuring pacing, narrative clarity and technical quality;
  • Work with scripted videos recorded by creators, interpreting the intent of the script and delivering efficient edits;
  • Create and apply motion design animations (lettering, lower-thirds/GCs, transitions, supporting elements) following brand standards and guidelines;
  • Support adapting campaign key visuals (KV) across audiovisual deliverables, maintaining visual identity and narrative consistency;
  • Produce longer-form videos when needed, such as manifesto videos, teasers, congratulations, thank-you videos and corporate content;
  • Edit simple live cuts and derived content when requested;
  • Insert animations and visual assets to demonstrate apps and digital products;
  • Assist with script breakdowns, understanding space, timing, cuts, lettering and visual reinforcements;
  • Analyze media performance feedback and apply technical adjustments to edits;
  • Organize files, timelines and deliveries using project management tools and cloud storage;
  • Collaborate closely with copy, design, social and audiovisual teams to ensure smooth production flow;
  • Meet deadlines and stay aligned with editorial workflow and area priorities.

Requirements

  • Degree in Communication, Film, Audiovisual, Design or related fields;
  • Strong proficiency in video editing and motion graphics using Adobe suite (Premiere and After Effects);
  • Knowledge of audiovisual storytelling, pacing, cadence and best practices for social media retention;
  • Basic color correction and audio treatment skills;
  • Intermediate motion design skills, able to create functional and consistent animations;
  • Technical autonomy to handle day-to-day tasks without the need for micromanagement;
  • Ability to receive feedback and revise deliverables quickly;
  • Functional level of English and/or Spanish.
