About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in the HR department
  • Leverage HR System (Workday) functionalities to optimize HR processes
  • Support HR operational and functional processes through global HR system support
  • Gather and analyze business requirements
  • Design, test, document, and train end-users for HR system updates
  • Implement and maintain Workday initiatives
  • Run periodic system audits and analyze HR modules
  • Analyze and make recommendations for system improvements
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries and technical issues

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of HR Operations experience
  • Experience working within Workday
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data
  • Ability to manipulate large amounts of data in excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfort and ability to work effectively in both independent and team-based scenarios
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage and work with confidential information
