About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a subject matter expert in the HR department
- Leverage HR System (Workday) functionalities to optimize HR processes
- Support HR operational and functional processes through global HR system support
- Gather and analyze business requirements
- Design, test, document, and train end-users for HR system updates
- Implement and maintain Workday initiatives
- Run periodic system audits and analyze HR modules
- Analyze and make recommendations for system improvements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries and technical issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3-5 years of HR Operations experience
- Experience working within Workday
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data
- Ability to manipulate large amounts of data in excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfort and ability to work effectively in both independent and team-based scenarios
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage and work with confidential information
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-driven and able to lead others or work autonomously
