Human Resources Business Partner – HRBP
FluenceHR Business Partner providing support to corporate functions and HR teams at Fluence. Ensuring a positive employee experience and alignment with company values in a hybrid work environment.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide day-to-day HR support to corporate functions and greater HR teams.
- Partner closely with the Director HRBP, managers, employees, and HR Centers of Excellence.
- Support employee relations, onboarding, HR programs, and reporting.
- Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and ensure positive resolution of workplace issues.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to coordinate recruitment processes and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for managers.
- Coordinate and support the facilitation of the promotion review process.
- Ensure HR practices comply with local, state, and federal regulations and maintain accurate employee records.
- Assist in the implementation of talent programs and performance management processes.
- Drive employee cultural initiatives and support learning and development programs.
- Contribute to Global Functions HR projects and initiatives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a related HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS platforms like Workday or similar is a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive matters with discretion.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Passionate about employee experience, engagement, and contributing to a mission-driven organization focused on clean energy solutions.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Comfortable partnering with managers to drive accountability, timely completion of HR actions, and process discipline.
