About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide day-to-day HR support to corporate functions and greater HR teams.
  • Partner closely with the Director HRBP, managers, employees, and HR Centers of Excellence.
  • Support employee relations, onboarding, HR programs, and reporting.
  • Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and ensure positive resolution of workplace issues.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to coordinate recruitment processes and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for managers.
  • Coordinate and support the facilitation of the promotion review process.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with local, state, and federal regulations and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Assist in the implementation of talent programs and performance management processes.
  • Drive employee cultural initiatives and support learning and development programs.
  • Contribute to Global Functions HR projects and initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a related HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS platforms like Workday or similar is a plus.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive matters with discretion.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Passionate about employee experience, engagement, and contributing to a mission-driven organization focused on clean energy solutions.
  • Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable partnering with managers to drive accountability, timely completion of HR actions, and process discipline.
