About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own Fluence’s product offerings to include identification and evaluation of ideas from a business and technical feasibility standpoint.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for Platform Products.
  • Support and consume market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to communicate product changes and ensure successful implementation.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle for new features and ensure timely delivery of enhancements and updates.
  • Responsible for communicating the strategy, roadmap, and value propositions to stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in engineering, physics, or other technical discipline.
  • Experience in workflow tools such as JIRA.
  • Experience in and knowledge of Agile development methods.
  • Experience working with Supply Chain and procurement teams.
  • Ability to utilize data and statistical analyses to inform decisions.
