About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own platforms supporting core revenue generation, financial close, workforce operations, and customer delivery across the enterprise.
- Be accountable for technology outcomes impacting multiple global business units and regions.
- Oversee systems representing material operational, financial, and compliance risk to the company.
- Ensure system controls, data integrity, and audit readiness across Customer and Corporate platforms in partnership with Security, Compliance, and Finance.
- Represent IT in enterprise governance forums influencing funding, sequencing, and prioritization of company wide initiatives.
- Serve as executive decision authority for Customer and Corporate technology investments, balancing enterprise priorities, risk, and return across Finance, Sales, HR, and Operations.
- Partner with business leaders to drive user adoption and organizational readiness for new system deployments.
- Develop executive level roadmaps and dashboards that communicate portfolio health and strategic impact.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Twelve or more years of experience in Enterprise Applications, including at least five years in a senior leadership role.
- Demonstrated executive presence and ability to partner effectively with business executives.
- Deep experience managing complex enterprise ecosystems combining SaaS and ERP platforms.
- Proven leadership with Salesforce, SAP, and Workday.
- SAP Finance experience strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- MBA preferred.
