About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Engage with customers post-installation to ensure full value realization
- Define and execute a global customer success strategy
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams for customer engagement
- Track and report on customer success KPIs
Requirements
What you’ll need- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in customer success or related field
- Proven track record of building customer focused organizations
- Strong understanding of project-based delivery models in energy or renewables
- Ability to translate insights into actionable customer success
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
