About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Customer Relationship Management: Build, strengthen and maintain long-term relationships with clients in the mining sector.
- Business Development and Sales Growth: Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts and new prospects.
- Technical Knowledge and Solutions: Present, demonstrate, and explain the features, benefits and value of slurry pumps, hydrocyclones and knife gate valves.
- Commercial Execution: Prepare accurate technical and commercial proposals, including specifications, pricing and delivery schedules.
- Customer Support and Service: Provide post-sale support, including product training, troubleshooting and coordination of service activities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Mechanical, Mining, Electrical or Production Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales of mining equipment - PCV, spare parts and consumables.
- Strong technical knowledge of pumps, cyclones and valves.
- Intermediate English; Spanish is desirable.
- Proven commercial and negotiation skills.
- Existing relationships with clients in the mining sector.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Customer-focused with a proven ability to identify and close opportunities.
- Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
- Availability for national and international travel.
