About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and maintain proactive pipelines for priority and hard‑to‑fill roles
- Conduct market mapping to identify talent pools, competitors, and skills
- Engage passive talent through sourcing tools, networking, and outreach
- Partner with HR and leaders to anticipate future workforce needs
- Deliver talent intelligence on hiring trends, locations, and benchmarks
- Maintain structured talent pools and candidate relationship practices
- Support critical and strategic hiring initiatives across the business
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years’ experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent intelligence
- Strong expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing tools
- Proven ability to build and nurture long‑term talent pipelines
- Strong research, market mapping, and analytical capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder partnership skills
- Experience in corporate TA or executive search environments.
