About the role
- Lead and coordinate regional liner support and 3D scanning activities
- Ensure quality, consistency, and turnaround of wear reports
- Act as regional interface to Service Line Managers (SLMs) and Solution Specialists as well as Global and Central Engineering
- Drive standardization and continuous improvement of processes
- Support installed base planning and scan demand forecasting
- Prioritize workloads and provide functional leadership to the team
- Act as escalation point for complex technical support topics
Requirements
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Strong technical background in crusher and mill liners, able to read and understand mechanical drawings
- Proven experience with 3D scanning and wear analysis
- Solid understanding of installed base and service operations
- Ability to lead and coordinate without disciplinary authority
- Strong stakeholder management across regional and global teams
- Structured mindset with focus on quality and turnaround time
- Able to travel up to 75%, domestic and international travel
