About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead multi-month, cross-functional projects, including agentic AI deployments — ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations around AI solution delivery, adoption timelines, and change management.
- Drive Agile practices, daily operations, and issue resolution across teams that include solution architects, AI engineers, and domain specialists.
- Coordinate the delivery of multi-agent workflows and AI-powered automation projects, managing dependencies between AI components, integrations, and business processes.
- Nurture client relationships and identify opportunities to expand partnerships, including upselling additional AI agent use cases.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of experience managing complex projects (ideally BPM or digital transformation), preferably in financial services and /or other major industry verticals.
- Certified Project Manager (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
- Familiarity with AI/ML project lifecycles i.e. understanding how AI solutions move from design and prototyping through to production deployment and ongoing optimization.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience, with the ability to translate AI capabilities and limitations into business language.
- Proven delivery management skills; able to guide both people and process in environments where requirements evolve as AI capabilities are validated.
- Agile mindset and hands-on problem-solving approach.
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership abilities.
