About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and document financial processes globally
- Work with other teams to reconcile accounts daily
- Assist in month-end closures under US GAAP
- Support internal and external audits
- Create reports, conduct analysis and provide information to business partners
- Improve processes, participate in transitions and knowledge-sharing activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, and other office software
- Experience with SAP or Oracle is an advantage
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
- Positive, supportive attitude
- Knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS is an advantage
- Continuous improvement mindset and strong sense of ownership
