About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Teach live remote classes
Mentor students, answer questions and provide feedback on assignments and projects
Use tools and methodologies extensively for security assessment of applications, APIs and AI-based systems
Investigate and perform forensic analysis of cyber incidents
Develop students' technical, strategic and ethical thinking in cybersecurity
Analyze the security of APIs and LLMs, including architecture, vulnerabilities, technical risks, and organizational and regulatory requirements
Design security assessment infrastructures for APIs and LLMs
Explore endpoints, authentication, authorization and behavior under adversarial testing
Identify vulnerabilities in APIs and LLMs, including data exposure, injection, evasion and GraphQL issues
Configure Kali Linux environments for forensic investigations
Acquire evidence from storage devices, analyze file systems and recover deleted data
Analyze volatile memory and malware artifacts using Volatility 3 and Autopsy
Investigate network traffic with Wireshark, Xplico and NetworkMiner

Requirements

What you’ll need

Practical, relevant and recent experience in Purple Team activities, application security and computer forensics
Postgraduate specialization (lato sensu) completed or revalidated in Brazil
Master’s or PhD preferred
Experience applying the course competencies in top-tier projects and companies preferred
Teaching experience or related activities preferred
Proven professional experience in the field
Strong communication skills and aptitude for teaching
Commitment to project-based learning
Willingness to learn and apply a competency-based teaching model
Good verbal communication
Availability for grading, student support and lesson preparation
Available to start immediately
Availability for remote evening classes two nights per week, from 8:30 PM to 10:00 PM
