About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Train teachers and teaching assistants in Moodle and Zoom tools and in CBL+PBL methodologies.
Support the review and improvement of assessments and academic activities using Artificial Intelligence tools (such as ChatGPT, Gemini and similar).
Contribute to aligning assessments with the institution's pedagogical model, focusing on competencies and clarity of item wording.
Provide support to faculty in the use of educational systems and in applying the methodologies adopted by the institution.
Collaborate with different departments (such as Educational Technology and course coordinators) to ensure the quality and consistency of instructional materials.
Assist in organizing, tracking and recording academic requests using resources like Google Drive and Google Sheets.
Participate in documenting and continuously improving pedagogical processes and content review workflows.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Have taken the ENEM (Brazilian National High School Exam).
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Pedagogy, Languages/Literature, Communication, Instructional Design, Educational Technologies or related fields in Education.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with command of formal language and clarity in expressing ideas.
Interest in the use of Artificial Intelligence tools applied to education.
Comfort with digital tools (such as Google Docs, spreadsheets, text editors and online systems).
Organized and responsible in tracking tasks and meeting deadlines.
Interest in teaching methodologies, assessment rubrics and innovative pedagogical practices.
Curious and proactive in exploring creative AI-driven solutions.
Interest in instructional design, teaching innovation and improving learning experiences.
