About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan, create, review and send email marketing, WhatsApp and SMS campaigns, ensuring the best approach for each channel;
  • Manage seasonal, promotional and relationship-building campaigns;
  • Configure UTMs, links and campaign assets;
  • Monitor KPIs such as open rate, CTR, CTOR, among others;
  • Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, CTAs and layouts, proposing continuous improvements;
  • Organize, clean and segment lead and customer databases;
  • Build automated nurturing, qualification and re-engagement flows;
  • Develop end-to-end customer journeys aligned with the sales funnel;
  • Continuously optimize flows based on behavior and performance;
  • Collaborate with the commercial/sales team to evolve MQL → SQL;
  • Ensure alignment between marketing and sales CRM;
  • Support inbound strategies focused on opportunity generation.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience with Inbound Marketing, CRM and marketing automation tools (RD Station, HubSpot or similar);
  • Proficiency with generative AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude) for creating, reviewing and optimizing content flows and copy;
  • Knowledge of copywriting techniques and psychological triggers applied to emails, WhatsApp and CTAs;
  • Ability to use AI for data analysis, extracting insights from sales funnels and automating routine tasks;
  • Ability to generate reports, interpret sales funnels and propose data-driven improvements;
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for adjusting email templates;
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for list manipulation and a critical view on email deliverability;
  • Reading proficiency in English;
  • Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly;
  • Ability to communicate clearly in writing and without errors in Portuguese;
  • Enjoy working at the intersection of marketing and sales teams;
  • Experience integrating marketing and sales (CRM);
  • Knowledge of lead acquisition strategies;
  • Familiarity with A/B testing for campaign optimization;
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
