About the role

  • Recruitment and selection of teachers;
  • Planning and scheduling trial lessons and participating in their evaluation;
  • Allocation of teachers to classes;
  • Scheduling trainings and onboarding for new teachers;
  • Maintaining teachers' attendance records;
  • Supporting the teacher payment process;
  • Organizing meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Pedagogy, Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational skills, disciplined and results-oriented.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Good communication and ability to provide excellent service.
  • Good written communication skills.
  • Ability to follow predefined routines with high productivity.
  • Experience in recruitment and selection processes.
  • Experience working with targets, quality indicators, and day-to-day work management.
  • Experience in a higher education institution or previous work in educational settings.
  • Experience with standardized processes.
