About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own retention and expansion outcomes including metrics like NRR, GRR, and renewals
  • Build the CS playbook including account health scoring and churn save framework
  • Coach and develop the current CS Manager and CSM team
  • Manage Product Support and connect PS and CS into one customer experience
  • Set operating cadence with Sales, Product, Onboarding, and Marketing
  • Engage with strategic accounts and ensure the customer partnership quality

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related post-sales role
  • Demonstrable CS function-building experience
  • Strong analytical instincts
  • Familiarity with CS platforms and modern CRM (Salesforce, Gainsight, ChurnZero, Catalyst, etc.)
  • Vertical SaaS comfort (restaurant tech, home services, healthcare practice management, legal tech)
  • Are legally authorized to work in the United States for Flowhub
  • Do you require sponsorship for employment visa status to work legally for Flowhub in the United States?
