About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own retention and expansion outcomes including metrics like NRR, GRR, and renewals
- Build the CS playbook including account health scoring and churn save framework
- Coach and develop the current CS Manager and CSM team
- Manage Product Support and connect PS and CS into one customer experience
- Set operating cadence with Sales, Product, Onboarding, and Marketing
- Engage with strategic accounts and ensure the customer partnership quality
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related post-sales role
- Demonstrable CS function-building experience
- Strong analytical instincts
- Familiarity with CS platforms and modern CRM (Salesforce, Gainsight, ChurnZero, Catalyst, etc.)
- Vertical SaaS comfort (restaurant tech, home services, healthcare practice management, legal tech)
- Are legally authorized to work in the United States for Flowhub
- Do you require sponsorship for employment visa status to work legally for Flowhub in the United States?
