About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Proactively identify high-potential emerging accounts showing signs of growth
  • Build relationships with dispensary owners and operators in your portfolio
  • Drive product adoption across Flowhub products
  • Graduate accounts to a dedicated CSM when ready
  • Respond to customers for increased engagement
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex customer issues
  • De-escalate frustrated customers with empathy and speed
  • Provide proactive CSM coverage for key accounts
  • Partner with Product Support to build escalation playbooks
  • Be the customer's voice internally, surfacing patterns and product gaps.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience running a dispensary, leading retail operations, or managing multiple cannabis locations
  • Deep understanding of cannabis compliance, operations, and customer experience
  • Ability to thrive in high-volume, high-context environments
  • Proven ability to manage a large account portfolio
  • Strong de-escalation skills
  • High EQ, consultative style, low tolerance for fluff
  • Ability to build trust fast and keep it
  • Desire for personal growth tied to company performance.
