About the role
- Responsible for meeting manufacturing profits and loss goals.
- Directs and manages all production and sanitation activities.
- Ensure product quality and adherence to all applicable standards.
- Maintain a pleasant and safe working environment for all employees and contract workers.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Direct subordinates in daily production activities and demands.
- Set production goals for subordinates to meet.
- Review and approve purchases and expenditures and assist in request for capital projects.
- Practice and comply with all Company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Greater than 7 years experience required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
- Completion of AIB Master Baker program and completion of formal management skills training.
