About the role

  • Directs customer service and all retail sales outlet operations.
  • Inventories incoming product.
  • Inventories stock to meet consumer demand.
  • Maintains proper rotation and product freshness.
  • Directs stocking of shelves to set standards.
  • Maintains positive relationships with retail customers.
  • Operates cash register and accurately maintains and records sales receipts.
  • Maintains accurate records of inventories, etc.
  • Serves as Lead person.
  • Practice and comply with all Company policies and procedures (EEO, Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes Oxley, etc.)
  • Performance of other duties that are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job.

Requirements

  • One or more years of retail and/or customer service experience.
  • Must have demonstrated the ability to read, write, perform basic math skills, and record information applicable to the job.
  • Completion of formal management skills training program.
