About the role
- Directs customer service and all retail sales outlet operations.
- Inventories incoming product.
- Inventories stock to meet consumer demand.
- Maintains proper rotation and product freshness.
- Directs stocking of shelves to set standards.
- Maintains positive relationships with retail customers.
- Operates cash register and accurately maintains and records sales receipts.
- Maintains accurate records of inventories, etc.
- Serves as Lead person.
- Practice and comply with all Company policies and procedures (EEO, Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes Oxley, etc.)
- Performance of other duties that are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job.
Requirements
- One or more years of retail and/or customer service experience.
- Must have demonstrated the ability to read, write, perform basic math skills, and record information applicable to the job.
- Completion of formal management skills training program.
