About the role

  • Responsible for executing sales strategies based on guidance from VP of Regional Sales and VP of Division Sales.
  • Work cross-functionally with the bakeries on report product quality opportunities, late delivery dispatch, and other issues.
  • Partner with ASDs to execute local sales plans and pursue profitable new business.
  • Maintain close contact with VP of Regional Sales and provide updates on performance results and competitor activity.
  • Work with ASDs to analyze reports from the digital sales teams and grow profitable sales.
  • Ensure ASDs work daily with our fundamentals (displays, customer relations, etc.).
  • Provide ASDs with proper guidance and assistance to achieve profit goals and compliance with all applicable policies.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with ASDs to discuss performance against perfect store execution.
  • Coach and mentor ASDs on understanding and presenting information to customers and employees.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in general management or sales.
  • Previous experience as Sales Consultant preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales or Business Administration preferred
