About the role
- Responsible for executing sales strategies based on guidance from VP of Regional Sales and VP of Division Sales.
- Work cross-functionally with the bakeries on report product quality opportunities, late delivery dispatch, and other issues.
- Partner with ASDs to execute local sales plans and pursue profitable new business.
- Maintain close contact with VP of Regional Sales and provide updates on performance results and competitor activity.
- Work with ASDs to analyze reports from the digital sales teams and grow profitable sales.
- Ensure ASDs work daily with our fundamentals (displays, customer relations, etc.).
- Provide ASDs with proper guidance and assistance to achieve profit goals and compliance with all applicable policies.
- Conduct weekly meetings with ASDs to discuss performance against perfect store execution.
- Coach and mentor ASDs on understanding and presenting information to customers and employees.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in general management or sales.
- Previous experience as Sales Consultant preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales or Business Administration preferred
