About the role
- Manage all Good Manufacturing, Food Safety, Quality and Regulatory Compliance programs within assigned bakery.
- Lead and manage the site quality and food safety team to assure the production of high quality, safe and legally compliant products.
- Maintain overall responsibility for KPIs related to food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of plant quality assurance / control experience in the food industry -including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
- B.S. Food Science, Food Technology, Cereal Chemistry, Chemistry, or related discipline
