About the role
- Participate in a 26-week immersive development curriculum that will unlock your growth potential and develop you into a future leader of our Company.
- Work alongside Sales Directors and/or Market Consultants to understand how to operate a territory.
- Understand how baking at Flowers is done. Work side by side with our operations team baking our product and learning how we keep our products safe and fresh.
- Upon successful completion of our 26-week Business Development Generalist program you will be placed into a Sales role across our company (nationwide) where you can add immediate value.
Requirements
- Must be a college graduate or graduating senior in a bachelor’s degree program
- Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT medical card
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Ability to frequently lift/carry products weighing approximately 25 lbs. as well as the ability to push/pull up to 50 lbs.
- Must be willing to relocate after your 6-month training is complete, if required
