About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Configure and maintain IT systems across the organisation using Okta, Jamf, Google Workspace, and Cloudflare
Source and evaluate new tooling, run vendor assessments, manage procurement, and implement business-needed tools
Own existing vendor contract lifecycles, including renewal dates, terms, costs, and renegotiation opportunities
Act as the main point of contact for vendor account and contract matters
Work with IT Operations to translate operational needs into system configuration and tooling decisions
Run projects autonomously while keeping senior management informed
Participate in an IT on-call rota
Provide support to IT Operations as needed
Assess technical depth and ownership through the recruitment process

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years' experience in IT engineering or a similar technical role, ideally in SaaS-heavy, regulated environments
Working knowledge of modern IT stacks in regulated environments, particularly SaaS, identity, and endpoint platforms
Experience managing vendor relationships and contracts - evaluation, procurement, renewal, and negotiation
Able to work autonomously and see projects through with minimal senior management input, while remaining collaborative with the wider team
Comfortable in a small, high-ownership team
Experience in financial services or crypto / digital assets
Familiarity with Okta, Jamf, Google Workspace, or Cloudflare Zero Trust
Experience with ITSM / change tooling (JSM or similar)
Curious and autonomous
Highly motivated and results-driven
Strong maths and analytical skills
Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced collaborative environment
Professional proficiency in English
