About the role
- Flowdesk mission: build a global financial institution for digital assets with market integrity and efficiency
- Head of Internal Product to lead design, delivery, and scale of internal systems stack (Terminals)
- Own long-term product roadmap for internal systems aligned with operations and regulatory requirements
- Translate operational pain points into scalable, auditable internal tools prioritizing reliability and UX
- System ownership: Compliance Terminal, Middle Office Terminal, Telegram Terminal, AI Terminal
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Infra, Cybersecurity
- Manage and grow Delta team, recruit and mentor automation engineers and product owners
- Drive delivery culture: build fast, document well, iterate; ensure security, maintainability, and automation
Requirements
- 5+ years in product ops, internal tooling, or business automation roles
- Proven experience leading internal platforms in regulated or tech-heavy environments (finance, fintech, crypto, SaaS)
- Strong understanding of automation stacks (Retool, Workato, Make.com, etc.) and internal product delivery
- Comfortable navigating discussions with Compliance, Legal, Engineering, and Middle Office
- Track record of managing technical teams (software, product, or automation profiles)
- Familiarity with crypto operations and tooling (Fireblocks, Haruko, Elliptic, exchanges) (nice-to-have)
- Experience with secure LLMs, internal AI agents, or knowledge management products (nice-to-have)
- Experience deploying and scaling Atlassian stack (Jira/Confluence) (nice-to-have)
