About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with clinical, regulatory, marketing, and business development teams to ensure timely contract execution and start-up of new clinical studies
Review and track protocol amendments affecting budget line items to ensure all costs are accurately represented
Develop and/or review budgets according to contract guidelines
Track and maintain project and contract timelines
Evaluate the financial viability of clinical trials
Perform duties ethically, safely, and prudently
Assist with training new hires as needed
Assist with departmental initiatives and process improvements
Represent Flourish Research professionally and courteously when interacting with staff, clients, and vendors
Perform additional duties assigned by management
Work remotely with daily computer use; infrequent travel and occasional evening or weekend work may be required

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, finance, or related field
Two or more years of experience in research preferred
Working knowledge of medical terminology preferred
Detail-oriented, impeccably organized, able to work independently and with a team, and able to stay on-task
Honest, self-driven, ethical, professional, and possessing a strong work ethic
Strong project management and leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and align with operations
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent computer skills, including Office365 products
Demonstrated experience in process improvement
Flexible and able to multitask and prioritize competing demands
Ability to think independently and influence when appropriate
Ability to work Monday-Friday day shift, 40 hours per week
Infrequent travel may be required; occasional evening and weekend work may be required
